Where are you shipping?

Little Tropic is shipping worldwide!

The shipping time may depend on the location, shipment method and other factors.

How much is shipping?

Australia 

Orders over $99AUD will qualify for free shipping in Australia.

International 

Orders over $99AUD outside of Australia will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery and country method. The full price is displayed at checkout.

Kindly note that the delivery full price will be displayed at checkout.

How is my package shipped?

Little Tropic ships through standard mail with Australia Post, which can take between 3 to 21 business days. Our delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. Australia Express Post shipping is also available at checkout. Please kindly note that once the packages arrive in the hands of the carrier, arrival times are out of our control and the responsibility of the shipping service that has been selected.

Little Tropic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Are you offering returns?

Unfortunately, due to the product’s nature, we are unable to accept returns. If you are having any problems with your order, please get in touch with us at support@littletropic.com.au and include your order confirmation number in the subject line, so we open up the discussion.

Who is Little Tropic?

We are a tropical-inspired company specialising in handmade, sustainable scrunchies that bring a touch of tropics to your hair. With some of our scrunchies made with sustainable fabrics or with international certification, we look to bring a tropical vibe while contributing to protecting our unique planet.

How are Little Tropic scrunchies made?

Little Tropic scrunchies are handmade with a lot of love and care in Australia. Every process step takes place under our roof in Queensland, from designing to cutting to sewing - it's all done right here.

Why are some scrunchies in the limited edition?

We are a small Australian business committed to producing high-quality, limited-edition products. Our products are made with the best materials and have a luxurious feel to them. In each collection, we make a limited number of some scrunchies. If you see a design you like, you better take it fast because once it's gone, it's gone for good!

Can I have Little Tropic products in my store?

Welcome fam! We're happy that you're interested in helping us share more vibrant products with the world. We are currently looking for a stockist and would love to partner with local businesses. Please note that partnerships are approved based on the applicant's location, if they fit with our brand and our capacity to supply our amazing scrunchies. What is a conscious choice scrunchie?

Little Tropic scrunchies are created with the conscious consumer in mind. The scrunchies with the tag Conscious Choices are made with a bit of extra consideration for the planet. The fabrics used are either from recycled, sustainable, organic materials or have an international label that certifies the fabrics have been tested for harmful substances.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

The world is facing an environmental crisis and we do our part to help save the planet. Little Tropic has been using eco-friendly packaging since day one. From compostable to recyclable or biodegradable packaging materials, we want to ensure that our packaging is not harming the environment.

Does Little Tropic have a physical store that I can visit?

Currently, our location is reserved for the production and fulfilment of our online orders. For now, you can only order online. We are looking for handsome stockists who are interested in carrying our product range in their stores. What are your scrunchie sizes?

We have 2 scrunchie sizes available LITTLE and BIG. Our LITTLE scrunchie is the average size of a regular scrunchie, and our BIG scrunchie is 2x the size of a regular scrunchie.

Whether your hair is thin, thick, curly, straight or anything in between - we've got something for you!

How many times can I wrap my hair with Little Tropic scrunchies?

Depending on your hair's thickness and type, you can expect to wrap around approximately 2 to 4 times with our LITTLE or BIG scrunchies.

How do I take care of my scrunchies?

Don't you just love Little Tropic scrunchies? We sure do! 

We want you to be able to enjoy them for as long as possible. To do so, we have a few tips to help you take care of your scrunchies. You will find all the information about how to wash your scrunchies here.

The scrunchie I received looks slightly different from the website image.

We make every effort possible to present products, prices and colours correctly by putting a lot of care into the photography process. All images presented on the website are faithfully depicting the product. However, the scrunchie colours can vary slightly in different lighting, and as screen settings vary for every computer, it might affect the hue and shades of the image.

Do you make custom scrunchies?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer custom scrunchies for the foreseeable future. But for those who want to have unique scrunchies take a chance, you can check out our amazing limited-edition scrunchies here.

What if the scrunchie I want to buy is out of stock?

Sometimes, you might find that some scrunchies are out of stock. As we source our fabrics from a few different stores, we may purchase a remaining stock of particular materials, which will be dedicated to our limited-edition scrunchies. Unfortunately, if a limited edition scrunchie is out of stock, it's gone forever. When we say it we mean it, once they sell out, they're gone forever! 

We do our best to restock the scrunchies as quickly as possible. As our restocking process relies on our ability to restock the scrunchie fabric, the restocking time may vary. To be the first to know when the scrunchies will be restocked, please sign up for email notifications underneath each sold-out scrunchies to be notified of the restocking.

How long until my order is shipped?

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes. Kindly note that your order can take 3 to 5 business days to be fulfilled. We will ship your package within 3 to 7 business days.

What is my order status?

Little Tropic Account
If you have a Little Tropic account, simply log into your account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

No Little Tropic Account

If you don't have a Little Tropic account, you have 2 options:

You can use the same email address you used to place your order and create an account. Once the account is created, log into your account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. Wait for the shipping confirmation email and you will have your tracking number.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can then track your order through.

Can I update or cancel my order?

Our team works hard to fulfil your order as quickly as possible, therefore, we may not be able to update or cancel your order upon your request. Please note that your order cannot be cancelled or updated if it has already been fulfilled. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at support@littletropic.com.au with your order number and details on the change.

Can I place a large order? (Ex: for my clients, employees etc.)

e-Gift Card

Can I purchase an e-Gift Card?

Yes, we surely do! You can create a Little Tropic e-Gift Card by simply clicking here.

How long does an e-Gift Card take to arrive?

It’s instant, as it’s sent to your email address. Take that, paper vouchers!

Can I use e-Gift Cards and a credit card for the same purchase?

Yes, it’s not required to have the exact amount on your e-Gift Card to use it. You can make a part payment with your e-Gift Cards and a credit card in one transaction.

How can I redeem my e-Gift Card?

Add your items to your and then when you're ready to pay, you can choose to pay with your e-Gift Card, credit card, or a combination of both.

Can I get a refund on an e-Gift Card?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on e-Gift Cards once they have been purchased. However, if you have any issues with a product you have bought using your e-Gift Cards, please contact us at hello@littletropic.com.au and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we open up the discussion.
